Paul McKittrick
Paul started work in the legal profession in 1984. A mixed disciplinary practice which dealt with all aspects of the law.
A typical day would see clients involved in petty crime through to complicated fraud allegations and murders. He moved towards general litigation and also changed firms. At his new firm he was instrumental in expanding the claimant insurance department to the point where it generated more fee income than all other areas of the practice combined.
In 1993 he left the legal profession to begin a new start up business and rapidly developed this to a company with £9m turnover at year 7. At this point he left to complete a lifelong ambition of property development and renovation. He thereafter returned to the legal profession with his former firm. He became responsible for development of new work leads across the whole practice and a development team of three. Through hard work new business increased by 30% in the first 3months and 66% after 12 months. He engaged and brought on board blue chip firms to the practice (Jaguar, Land Rover and First Bus).
“I am happy to say the business makes advancements every day and we have ambitious plans for the future”.
